We are beyond excited for the 2016 National Launch of Club Intrigue in Washington D.C. Join us for our Pro-Panorama event at Progressions Salon, Rockville MD. Club Intrigue is a shared education event, focusing on local communities coming together face-to-face and without barriers to build relationships, collaborate, have fun, and most importantly, see the value of education.

Pro-Panorama is all about celebrating the dynamic women in our industry. Representing the Nation's Capital, Shirley Gordon from Strands Hair Studio, D.C. will be bringing her innovative styling to the stage. Shirley is a top Wella Stylist and is known for her celebrity clientele and work with the show "Rip the Runway" and the BET Awards. KMS California Artistic Team Director and award-winning salon owner, Sonna Brado, connects the artistic and business sides of the profession through her hands-on approach to education. Additionally, Wendy Bond, Lakmé USA Director of Education, will educate us on all things color, as she specializes in corrective color and color formation. Wendy is a NAHA Colorist of the Year and Master Stylist award winner, and her work has been featured in Vogue Magazine.

Wendy is frequently referred to as a top downtown colorist in New York City by some of the most discriminating critics in the industry, and she is wildly recognized as a leading color educator for professional stylists. Wendy is one of the board certified colorists worldwide and has been a finalist in the North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA) Master Stylist Winner. Wendy has also hosted leading industry shows with her partner/husband, Oscar, such as Hair Color USA. Wendy's work has been featured on The View and MTV's Making The Band as well as in Mademoiselle, In Style, Jane, Marie Clare, Self, GQ, Details, YM, Soho Style, Time Out, and Vogue.

Sonna Brado is a triple-threat. As KMS California Artistic Team Director, a 2014 NAHA winner and an award-winning salon owner, we can believe her when she says she loves education and teaching other people. The passion, knowledge and precision she brings to her classes have earned her a reputation for offering some of the best training available. Sonna continues to regularly work behind the chair and brings a unique perspective to her classes addressing both the artistic and business sides of the profession. With more than two decades in the industry, Sonna's work and insight are regularly featured in industry trade and consumer magazines. We look forward to gaining valuable wisdom and insight from Sonna at Club Intrigue: Pro-Panorama.




SHIRLEY GORDON

WELLA CELEBRITY AND SESSION STYLIST

Shirley Gordon is a top stylist for Wella with decades of experience and has quickly become a trend-setting force in the hair industry. With a style she describes as edgy and sassy, she has created looks for a wide-range of celebrities including Vanessa Williams, Venus and Serena Williams and Diana Ross. When she is not behind the chair of Strands Hair Studio, D.C., her work can be found on Black Entertainment Television's "Rip the Runway," the BET Awards and in major ad campaigns for Clairol and Wella. Shirley will be bringing all of this and more to our Pro-Panorama event, and we look forward to her innovative styling and influence.
